What You’ll Do:
As a Field Marketing Specialist (FMS), you’ll play a vital role in expanding our reach and enhancing our brand presence. Your outgoing personality and engagement skills will help drive success in the following key areas:
- Engage- Approach and Engage customers in the store, introducing them to our program. Educating them on our services and setting them up with *Free In-Home Consultations*
- Lead the Charge- Enlighten and inspire staff about the Re-Bath program, transforming them into passionate brand advocates!
- Train & Support- Conduct engaging training sessions that empower our partners and keep everyone in the loop about innovative practices.
- Represent Us- Ensure retail events showcase our brand’s excellence and maintain stunning in-store displays.
- Track Success- Record and report daily activities and lead generation with your upbeat flair!
