Role Overview
We’re searching for a part-time Field Marketing Supervisor who can lead a group of part time brand ambassadors across Colorado. From tentpole events to popups, the Field Marketing Supervisor leads interactions between our brand and our audience.
The Field Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating local events, ensuring we are maintaining a roster of brand ambassadors offering coverage across the state, training and managing the performance of all brand ambassadors, and delivering regular reporting on performance.
This key position works closely with the Marketing, Operations and Sales teams at 710 Labs. This role requires a smooth communicator and a responsible, independent, self-motivated individual comfortable with executing without supervision. This individual will work a varied schedule with a large distribution of hours on evenings and weekends.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Represent 710 Labs at public and private events at dispensaries and other locations
- Ensure 710 products are appropriately merchandised at dispensaries
- Educate store customers and store staff on 710 products and the brand
- Schedule events as opportunities arise and execute events scheduled by marketing teams
- Receive and manage inventory of merchandise, assets, and event equipment
- Manage product samples when needed
- Deliver regular reporting on activities
Role Requirements
- Strong knowledge of cannabis, specifically concentrates and the hash community is required.
- Currently in possession of, or willing/able to get a medical cannabis card
- Established track record of reliability, responsiveness, and tenacity.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written). Must be able to convey complex messages in a clear, simple, relatable, and convincing manner.
- Natural collaboration skills and service orientation.
- Candidate must be a self-starter, flexible to work in a collaborative structure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Working irregular hours, including weekends
- Must have own transportation
- Strong computer and Google Suite skills
- Able to work part-time hours, the hours vary but are estimated to be 15-25/week
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay range: $30.00/hour
Please note that the regulations and laws of The State of Colorado require persons working onsite at a cannabis facility to be at least 21 years of age.
