About VESSL AI

AI researchers spend more time fighting for compute than doing research. Quota walls, rigid contracts, and fragmented supply across clouds and clusters mean teams are stuck waiting on a single provider that can't meet their needs.

VESSL AI was built to fix that. We provision and route GPU capacity across multiple clusters and providers, giving AI teams one platform to access, scale, and manage compute, from a single GPU to thousands. Multi-provider procurement so you're never locked to one source. Full-stack cluster operations from build to production. Deep domain expertise in large-scale training optimization.

We serve top research labs, academic institutions, AI startups, and enterprise teams globally. Customers include an Artificial Analysis Top 15 foundation model team, Physical AI startups, and research groups at Stanford, UC Berkeley, UMN, UCLA, NYU, and more. Founded in Seoul, South Korea, now expanding to San Francisco. Series A, ~40 people, scaling from 3,000 to 10,000 GPUs by Q4 2026.

About the Role

We're building out a busy season of conferences, sponsorships, and side events for the US GTM team, and we need someone to keep the logistics behind them airtight. As our Field Marketing Support Intern, you'll own the details — vendors, swag, schedules, budgets, and onsite logistics — so the team can focus on the room and the relationships. It's a hands-on, detail-heavy role, well suited to someone who's organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling many moving pieces across a 3-month sprint.

What You'll Own

  • Event & conference logistics. Track conference logistics, vendor and sponsor deadlines, and open action items across all events.

  • Vendor & asset coordination. Coordinate swag, banners, brochures, booth assets, QR codes, and shipping.

  • Team & travel logistics. Manage team schedules, booth shifts, travel plans, hotel/flight bookings, and onsite logistics.

  • Budget & cost tracking. Collect and maintain cost estimates for sponsorships, travel, lodging, F&B, booth setup, swag, and side events.

  • Side-event execution. Support side-event setup: venue details, attendee flow, catering/F&B, signage, staffing, and check-in.

  • Cross-regional coordination. Work with Korea-side stakeholders and vendors on logistics, swag, and asset needs.

Who We Expect

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Organized and detail-oriented. Able to track multiple vendors, deadlines, and budgets at once.

  • Comfortable in spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) for cost trackers, schedules, and logistics.

  • Clear communicator who can coordinate across internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

  • Korean language proficiency preferred, for vendor coordination and Korea-side logistics.

  • Prior event, trade show, or conference experience is a plus. Familiarity with Notion, Asana, or Slack is a plus.

  • On-site in San Francisco. Willing to travel to event sites as needed.

What We Offer

  • $25–$28/hour, based on experience (3-month)

  • Exposure to how enterprise AI conferences and sponsorships come together
