Field Marketing Training Facilitator

Job Summary:

The Training Facilitator will play a key role in delivering high-quality virtual training to new employees and supporting their successful integration into the organization. This role is responsible for leading engaging training sessions, evaluating trainee performance, maintaining accurate training documentation, and partnering with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator who is organized, proactive, and motivated to help others succeed.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Facilitate virtual new-hire training sessions on a weekly basis.

• Assess and measure training outcomes to ensure comprehension and effectiveness.

• Monitor, evaluate, and maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and program performance.

• Ensure new employees complete all required LMS modules in a timely manner.

• Identify opportunities to develop, facilitate, and maintain ongoing learning initiatives to address skill or knowledge gaps.

• Recognize areas of misunderstanding or performance deficiencies during training, creating action plans or modified training approaches as needed.

• Document and communicate trainee performance concerns or development needs to the Training Manager.

• Collaborate with the onboarding team to support and deliver new-hire orientation activities.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)

• Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Have a positive attitude and the ability to motivate others

• Must be able to provide constructive feedback to trainees

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Must be self-driven & highly motivated

• Proven track record setting and achieving goals

• Must take pre-employment exam

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check

• Applicants must be 18 years old or older

Education and Experience:

• Minimum 1+ year in a training or facilitator role with proven results

• Minimum 6 months Outreach Rep experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
