Job Description:

The Field Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our automotive service centers in the Charlotte, NC area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the automotive industry, including being ASE certified, ADAS certified, and a master technician. They will be responsible for ensuring that all service centers are operating efficiently and effectively, meeting or exceeding customer expectations, and adhering to all company policies and procedures. The Field Operations Manager will also be responsible for managing and developing a team of service center managers and technicians, ensuring that they are properly trained and equipped to provide the highest level of service to our customers.
