Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with field partners in Vadodara.
• Collaborate with the Field Partner Team to ensure alignment and coordination.
• Provide support and guidance to field partners to meet program objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate field partner performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of field partner network.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in the Field Partner Team department.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
