About the Role
We are looking for a Field Project Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our AI data collection project. You will lead a large team of data collectors, deploy data-collection devices, and make sure the collection process runs smoothly. This is a hands-on field role for someone who is comfortable managing large teams and taking ownership of execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate a team of 100+ data collectors
Deploy data-collection devices and train staff on basic operation and collection procedures
Monitor the collection process, provide on-site support, and resolve operational issues
Collect devices after the recording period and upload the full-day recordings
Keep accurate records of locations, devices, schedules, and collection status
Coordinate with the internal project team
Requirements
Experienced Project Manager with a track record of managing more than 100 blue-collar workers
Very good English, both spoken and written
Experience in field work and as a Project Manager in an AI company
Background in Field Operations, Project Coordination, or Team Management
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Comfortable working extensively in the field and traveling across your assigned city
Strong communication and leadership skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible with company equipment and data
Able to manage multiple locations and tasks independently
