Location: Mississippi — travel between service areas required We are hiring a field leader who knows pest control, can coach technicians, and will hold people accountable with consistency and fairness. This position will help improve service quality, technician performance, and customer satisfaction across Holifield Pest Management and Clanton Pest Control. What you will do

• Conduct ride-alongs and inspect service quality.
• Review technician performance, callbacks, and incomplete services.
• Investigate concerns before reaching conclusions.
• Identify whether problems involve technician execution, training, equipment, routing, or scheduling.
• Provide hands-on training and clear corrective direction.
• Establish measurable improvement plans and follow up.
• Document findings and report recommendations to leadership.
• Recommend additional training or disciplinary action when needed.

Who we are looking for

• Pest control field experience and strong technical knowledge.
• Experience supervising, training, or coaching employees.
• Ability to understand performance reports and ask good questions.
• Confidence to address poor performance directly and respectfully.
• Strong organization, documentation, and follow-through.
• Willingness to work alongside technicians in the field.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between service areas.
