  • Receive approved submittals from the Architect or Engineer and proactively notify the Project Superintendent of any potential schedule impacts.
  • Assist the Design-Build Manager (DBM) by preparing all necessary technical backup documentation relating to project change requests.

Project Communications & Closeout

  • Draft, track, and manage official project correspondence with the Owner, Architect, Engineers, Trade Partners, and Suppliers (including Schedule of Values, schedules, memos, RFIs, transmittals, and submittals).
  • Document the overall quality and progress of each individual Trade Partner and Supplier, updating them immediately regarding changes to plans, specifications, or schedules.
  • Take personal accountability for the timely completion and submission of all required project closeout documents per contract guidelines.

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management, plus a minimum of three (3) years of related experience in the specific type of construction work being performed on the project.
