Field Sales Associate (South-East)

Risevest, is seeking dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Associates to drive market expansion across key South-East locations. The role focuses on user acquisition, local partnerships, community engagement, and helping new users actively fund their accounts.

High-performing associates may have opportunities for future growth within the ecosystem.

Job Type: 3-Month Contract, Remote/Field
Experience: 2–4 years
Job Field: Business Development / Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Convert prospects into active, funded users on the Risevest app.
• Build partnerships with local SMEs, cooperatives, and campus groups.
• Identify and execute local marketing events and activations.
• Educate users and encourage a minimum 3-month funding streak.
• Drive sales and user acquisition within the assigned location.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of the local terrain, culture, and business networks in the assigned location.
• Experience in outbound field sales and customer engagement.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to explain financial concepts clearly and simply.
• Ability to handle customer objections effectively.
• Background in Finance, English, or Communications is highly preferred.
