Field Sales Director
Description
Location: Remote (US)
Pay: $190,000–$220,000 base + variable + equity
A late-stage, well-funded biotech preparing a rare disease launch is hiring field sales leaders. You'll own a territory, built around where you live, and the physician relationships in it, inside a small, high-performance commercial team.
What you'll do
Own a territory and its physician list
Build trust with physicians and clinics
Drive prescriptions that patients actually fill
Work with patient services to clear access issues
Hit clear daily metrics against ambitious goals
What you bring
Commercial, physician-facing experience
Proven results ranked against peers
Scientific fluency: a science or medical degree, or a pharma or health tech role
Extensive travel within your territory
Nice to have: rare disease launch experience; MD, RN or NP; startup health tech sales
