Field Sales Executive - Health Agency

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our Health Agency team across various locations including New Delhi NCR, Ludhiana, Ambala, Jalandhar, Bathinda, Jaipur, Bikaner, Udaipur, Jodhpur, and Chandigarh. This role is crucial for expanding our reach in the health insurance sector by recruiting and training advisors from your own network and competitive circles. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential advisors, guiding them through the recruitment process, and providing the necessary training to ensure they can effectively sell health policies. Your ability to connect with individuals and build relationships will be key to your success in this role. You will also be expected to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the agency. Key Responsibilities: - Recruit advisors from personal and competitive networks. - Conduct training sessions to equip advisors with the knowledge to sell health policies. - Develop and maintain relationships with advisors to ensure ongoing support and motivation. - Achieve sales targets and contribute to the agency's growth. - Provide feedback and insights to management on market trends and advisor performance. Required Skills: - Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the BFSI sector. - Strong recruitment and training skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of health insurance products is a plus.
