Field Sales Executive - Insurance

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team at Electronica Finance Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and managing a distribution network for Machinery Loans, specifically focusing on Machine Tools and CNC Machines. Your primary objective will be to achieve sales targets through effective dealership management and by leveraging relationships with manufacturers, OEMs, and chartered accountants. Key Responsibilities: - Set up and maintain a robust distribution network for Machinery Loans. - Conduct market surveys to identify potential dealers and assess their capabilities. - Liaise with dealers to source new business opportunities and enhance sales performance. - Achieve sales targets for a designated basket of products through the dealer network. - Devise finance schemes tailored to meet customer requirements and enhance sales. - Recommend manufacturers and dealers as part of ongoing business development efforts. - Manage a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring prompt service and support. - Explore opportunities for cross-selling additional products to existing clients. - Oversee collections and manage delinquency effectively to maintain healthy cash flow.
