Field Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team in Punjab. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) products directly to customers in the field. This role requires a proactive approach to identify potential clients, build relationships, and close sales effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with potential customers in the field to promote and sell CASA products. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand customer needs. - Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management. - Provide feedback to the management regarding market trends and customer preferences. - Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
