We are hiring for Leading and Oldest Fintech Company for its Sales and Installation of QR Code and other Payment Gateway Machines

Qualification : Minimum 10+2 with field sales experience

Experience : Minimum 1 yr in Field Sales in any sector

Company is looking for a candidate who can acquire new clients for its QR-Code machines, speakers and other devices, Person need to sell other financial products handeled by the organisation as well.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving merchant engagement, increasing payment acceptance, growing GMV, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities * Manage and build long-term relationships with merchants and . * Merchant and other market places clients activation, engagement, and business growth. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve merchant issues quickly. * Monitor merchant performance and work to improve retention and reduce churn. * Track competition and market trends to identify new business opportunities. * Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and activation targets.

Eligibility Graduate in any discipline or Even Undergraduates are also welcome

Field sales experience in must

Preferred Skills
* Experience in merchant acquiring for digital payments like QR codes Speakers , swipe machine etc.
* Understanding of UPI, QR, POS/EDC, and Soundbox solutions.
