🌟Field Sales Rep [Roadshow & Events] 🌟

We are looking for a results-driven Field Sales Rep to lead and manage our on-ground sales operations across multiple brands, roadshows, and event locations in Singapore.

You will be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets, managing field sales teams, monitoring on-site performance, and ensuring each location consistently delivers against its monthly KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of monthly sales targets and KPIs across assigned brands and locations

- Manage and supervise sales teams at roadshows, events, and other field locations

- Monitor daily sales performance and ensure teams are on track to achieve targets

- Conduct regular site visits to review sales performance, team discipline, and overall execution

- Train and coach new and existing sales staff on product knowledge, sales pitches, customer engagement, and closing techniques

- Provide hands-on support to improve individual and team conversion rates

- Identify performance issues and implement improvement plans where necessary

- Coordinate manpower deployment and ensure sufficient staffing across locations

- Track and report sales results, target achievement rates, and team performance

- Work closely with management to improve sales strategies and overall campaign performance

Requirements

- Experience in sales, field sales, direct sales, roadshows, events, or team management is preferred

- Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a sales team

- Strong sales and communication skills

- Target-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

- Comfortable working across different event and roadshow locations in Singapore

- Able to analyse sales performance and take action to improve results

- Hands-on and willing to support the team on the ground when required

- Experience in financial services, fintech, mobile apps, or similar customer acquisition campaigns will be an advantage
