Field Sales Specialist

Salary: ₱14,000 – ₱15,000 per month

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in field sales, business development, or account management.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Partner closely with assigned distributors to strengthen distribution coverage and execution within the designated territory. Develop and implement strategies to expand the distributor's reach by increasing the number of active secondary and tertiary accounts.

• Drive SKU placement and assortment expansion across existing and new retail outlets to improve product availability and visibility.

• Conduct regular market visits with distributor sales teams to identify growth opportunities, monitor execution, and provide coaching.

• Build strong relationships with distributors and retail customers to maximize sales performance and market penetration. Monitor sales, distribution, and merchandising performance, and recommend corrective actions to achieve business objectives.

• Ensure compliance with company sales standards, promotional activities, and merchandising guidelines.

• Prepare regular reports on territory performance, distribution expansion, SKU placement, and competitor activities. Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
