Field Service Dispatcher

The Field Service Dispatcher is responsible for supporting the division by managing day-to-day scheduling and logistics of the Service Department field team. They will also be the primary point of contact for our clients & customers providing updates, schedules, and confirmation of work completion. This an onsite position in our Owings Mills Location with a salary range of $24 to $27 hour.

· Organizational and time management skills

· Demonstrated outstanding customer service skills with tact and diplomacy

· Excellent phone presence

· Intermediate level of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel

· Demonstrated ability to learn new computer applications quickly

Education and Experience

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Two years’ experience in logistical scheduling or coordinating for multiple assets or staff.

· Previous commercial, construction or industrial service work a plus

· Experience interacting with construction and/or skilled trades staff with knowledge of construction concepts and vocabulary

· Time reporting experience
