Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer with hands-on experience supporting Applied Materials 300mm semiconductor equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and equipment recovery at customer fabs.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission Applied Materials semiconductor equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, vacuum, and process-related issues.
- Execute equipment upgrades and modifications.
- Perform tool qualification after maintenance.
- Support customer production with minimal equipment downtime.
- Document service reports and maintenance records.
- Follow cleanroom and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related discipline.
- 2–8+ years of semiconductor equipment experience.
- Hands-on experience with Applied Materials 200/300mm tools.
- Experience in installation and maintenance.
- Able to interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Willing to travel and work shifts (12 hours shift)
