Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer with hands-on experience supporting Applied Materials 300mm semiconductor equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and equipment recovery at customer fabs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and commission Applied Materials semiconductor equipment.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, vacuum, and process-related issues.
  • Execute equipment upgrades and modifications.
  • Perform tool qualification after maintenance.
  • Support customer production with minimal equipment downtime.
  • Document service reports and maintenance records.
  • Follow cleanroom and safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related discipline.
  • 2–8+ years of semiconductor equipment experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Applied Materials 200/300mm tools.
  • Experience in installation and maintenance.
  • Able to interpret technical drawings and manuals.
  • Willing to travel and work shifts (12 hours shift)
