Field Service Engineer Automation

Sidel is seeking a qualified professional to handle installation and technical support for End Of Line equipment in Parma, Italy. The role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction through precise installations, testing, and troubleshooting of equipment.

The ideal candidate has an Electronic Engineering background and experience with end-of-line machines, PLCs, and strong communication skills in English and preferably French.

Perform installation, start-up commissioning and final test of the Sidel EOL equipment. Develop a good understanding of Customer needs for satisfaction. Test and evaluate equipment performance based on specifications. Experience with electrical fundamentals related to safety equipment. Knowledge of motion control systems like Elau. Understanding of PLC A&B is an advantage.
