Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service engineering, with expertise in PLC systems, HMI interfaces, and various automation technologies. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex systems in the field, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Perform installation and commissioning of PLC and HMI systems at customer sites. - Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of automated systems, including conveyors, ASRS, AGV, and RGV. - Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions. - Utilize SQL queries for data analysis and system diagnostics. - Provide technical support and training to customers on system operations. - Document service activities and maintain accurate records of service reports. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of PLC programming and HMI design. - Experience with Siemens PLC, Allen Bradley PLC, and Rockwell automation products. - Familiarity with conveyor systems and automated material handling solutions. - Proficient in SQL queries for system diagnostics and reporting. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field. - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
