Field Service Engineer - Diesel
We are looking to strengthen our field-based team across the Southern Region and are looking for Service Engineers ideally located within the M3, M4 or M25 region. The office location mentioned in the job description is just one of our hubs.
We specialise in all aspects of the on-going maintenance of critical power systems. Providing solutions for standard bespoke applications, with UPS Systems ranging in size from 1kVA TO 1.6MVA to standby Diesel Generators ranging in size from 5kW to 4MVA and covering all sizes from £1k up to £30m.
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be supporting a busy and successful division, You will become a highly visible 'face' of our brand, therefore, you will need to be customer focused, self-motivated, comfortable in liaising with customers, sub-contractors working to tight deadlines, in order that we deliver on time.

Requirements
- Have experience and knowledge in the maintenance and repair of diesel generators.
- Knowledge of one or more of the following diesel generators / engine manufacturers: SDMO, FGW, CAT, Cummins, MTU, Mitsubishi, Volvo, John Deere, Perkins, Doosan, and Scania.
- Strong problem-solving skill and excellent interpersonal skills
- Be flexible with regards to attending sites throughout the UK and be willing to be a part of an on-call rota.
