- Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers
- Handle warranty and out-of-warranty robot service cases
- Conduct on-site safety risk assessments
- Communicate with customers and resolve technical issues
- Provide technical guidance and training to customers
- Assist manufacturing and quality teams with on-site problem solving
What you need to succeed
- Chinese knowledge, either native speaker or C1
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of robot/automation work experience
- KUKA robotics experience preferred
- Fluent English (listening, speaking, writing)
