Job Summary:

Performs surveys, installation and service of Brunswick Capital products. Conducts training and support of bowling center personnel in operation and maintenance of Brunswick Capital products. |

Perform installation start-up and debugging of electronic scoring equipment. Performs computer network audits. |

Performs surveys and briefs customers on responsibilities of both parties for upcoming installation. |

Performs service calls and phone support for equipment issues both in and out of warranty. |

|
Provides training to center personnel on maintenance of electronic scoring equipment. |

|
Communicate customer’s expectations, understandings and product needs along with acceptance and interpretations of sales programs, products, service and training offerings as a direct liaison to Marketing, R&D, Sales Management, Service & Training. |
