Field Service Engineer in Maidenhead, Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead

FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER - IMMEDIATE START
The company hold a leading market share in the supply and maintenance of Bespoke Equipment such as letter openers, scanners, X-Ray Machines, Metal Detectors, Folder Inserters, Franking Machines, Address Printers & Pressure Sealers.
The role will cover mainly the M1 corridor and surrounding areas
Main Responsibilities:
* Aiming to be onsite at your first call of the day by 9am
* Having a flexible attitude towards long distances and staying away from home overnight as required
* Clearing all quarterly PM’s on individual areas4
* Assistance with clearing PM’s on vacant areas with the aim of achieving a company quarterly zero PM position
* Achieve and maintain company breakdown SLA targets
* Diagnose and repair faults, in an efficient, timely and cost-effective manner
* Achieve and maintain a minimum 75% first time fix rate
* Respond to urgent requests for assistance out of area as required
Skills:
* Good electrical/mechanical knowledge with good understanding of electronics
* Good fault diagnosis skills and structured approach, ability to prioritise and allocate tasks as required
* Good fact-finding skills
* Good commercial awareness
* Aim to achieve quarterly/yearly supplies and contribution sales targets
* Aim to achieve a good level of lead
* Structured and organized approach
* Competent use of PC’s and e mail
* Good interpersonal/empathy building skills
* Good presentation and communication skills
Salary - Up to £35,000
OTE £37,000 + Car, Phone, Laptop
