Responsibilities

  • Prepare equipment resources and scheduling for onsite campaign
  • Maintenance of the various calibration software platforms.
  • Calibration station setup / teardown
  • Perform safety test on equipment
  • Carry out onsite calibration jobs at the customer sites for Keysight and multi-vendor products
  • Deal directly with customer requests and inquiries, ensures customer satisfaction
  • Calibrate T&ME, including troubleshooting, problem isolation & provide technical technical feedbacks to customers
  • Establish and maintain close communication with customers to ensure we capture and meet customer expectation
  • Compile OOT report for customer notification or problem resolution
  • Assist in maintaining the calibration team’s accreditation through participation in proficiency testing, quality measure assurance programs, and applicable training
  • Ensure calibration services comply with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements
  • Setup new calibration capability for Keysight and multi-vendor products
  • Validate the new procedures, use of technical manuals
  • Investigate out of tolerance of measurement standards and implement corrective action
  • Serve as an internal resource on technical issues support
  • Assist delivery manager to oversee specified areas of operation in the calibration lab and/or field support co-ordination, improve productivity, engage with cross-functional teams.
  • Deliver other assignments as provided

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of engineering in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation
  • 4-5 years relevant experience
  • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently
  • Experience in DC, low frequency and RF & microwave instrumentation.
  • Advantage with having knowledge of quality standards for ISO 9001, ANSI/NCSL Z540-3, and ISO/IEC 17025
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision and interface effectively with team members and customers
  • Demonstrate good customer engagement, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be flexible and capable to work in a changing priorities environment
  • Must be flexible to travel
