Key Responsibilities:

Perform on-site installation, start-up, and commissioning of front-end automated semiconductor equipment in a fab environment.
Carry out preventive maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting to ensure equipment reliability and minimise downtime.
Diagnose equipment faults systematically and implement effective corrective actions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance, stability, and uptime.
Coordinate logistics for equipment installation, maintenance, and repair activities, including spare parts and tools management.
Conduct training for customers’ engineers and technicians on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
Provide technical support and on-site assistance to customers as required.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and represent the company on-site.
Work in accordance with fab safety procedures, cleanroom protocols, and operational requirements.
Able to lift and handle equipment and parts.
Flexibility to travel to customer sites as required.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred; candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate good initiative.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and address equipment issues effectively.
Knowledge of or exposure to semiconductor manufacturing equipment is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
Able to work in a cleanroom environment in accordance with site safety and operational requirements.
Willing to travel overseas, including South Asia, for work support and training, as required.
Willing to support operational requirements, including standby, overtime, weekends, public holidays, or shift work when necessary.
