At our location in Seoul we have a full-time vacancy for Field Service Engineer Korea as soon as possible

• Pre-delivery site analysis, installation, maintain and repair for Raith electron beam lithography systems in Korea and within Asia-Pacific
• Provide training for customers and users on system operation and maintenance
• Provide technical support to customers by telephone, email, or via remote access tools
• Submit and maintain field service reports
• Coordination with Raith Asia service team and technical support group for service support
• Liaise with other departments, sales, technical support, application
• Cultivate and develop positive working relationship with the customers, users and company personnel
• Provide feedback to factory for continuous product improvement

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering or science discipline or a combination of education and experience to demonstrate required skills.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in field service support of electron microscopes, focused ion beam and analytical equipment
• Experience in ultra-high vacuum and high voltage systems is preferred
• Strong analytical, technical and troubleshooting skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a small team
• Language: Korean (native), English (fluent / business conversational)
• Willingness to travel within Korea and internationally
