Field Service Engineer, Laboratory Solutions

The Field
Service Engineer will work as part of the technical team reporting to the
Service Manager or the Service Team Lead, providing support on assigned
instruments and systems to customers across Jordan. The role focuses on
delivering high-quality service, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficiently
resolving reported incidents and service requests.

Main Responsibilities will Include, but not limited to,

·Provide independent,
on-site technical support in line with customer Service Level Agreements
(SLAs), including installations, relocations, certifications (IQ/OQ/PQ), and
repair activities.

·Deliver advanced remote
support, diagnostics, and fixing for technical issues raised.

·Support customers by
building strong partnerships, mentoring, and leading customers’ service teams
to ensure service excellence.

·Plan, prioritize, and
complete corrective and preventive maintenance activities, including upgrades,
in compliance with regulatory requirements and defined procedures to ensure
uninterrupted customers operations.

·Conduct pre-installation
site assessments and advise customers to ensure all requirements are met for
the successful installation for devices and equipment.

·Follow up on spare parts
requests and inventory to ensure the timely availability of service materials.

·Communicate effectively
with vendors and suppliers’ technical team and medical team to ensure smooth
operations.

· 1–2 years of hands-on
experience servicing IVD laboratory diagnostics equipment, with specific
experience supporting automated systems is highly preferred.

· Proven technical expertise
in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of laboratory
instrumentation.

· Bachelor’s degree or
equivalent experience in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a
related field.

· Strong communication and
presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and vendors.

· A collaborative great
teammate who thrives in multi-functional environments and can lead multiple
priorities in a fast-paced setting.

· Proficiency in Microsoft
Office, hold valid driver’s license with an access to a car; very good command
of English (written and spoken)

• Have a driving license.
