Field Service Engineer / Lead-設備工程師(國際知名半導體厰）

Perform modification, repair, and preventive maintenance of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
1. Expected Responsibilities:

• Diagnose complex equipment and systems, and perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair work.
• Create and maintain records and reports as required.
• Order and install parts.
• Provide guidance to end-customer operations engineers on system operation and maintenance methods.
• Analyze situations and data according to standard work procedures, and identify feasible solutions.
• Manage meetings with end-customers.
• Ensure required safety measures are always implemented in accordance with client safety standards, and promote safety activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by the client.

Experience & Basic Skills (Required):

• Comply with confidential info. requirements and safety rules/code of conduct of the client and end-customers.
• Flexibly support shift work, incl. overtime and weekend work, when requested by client.
• Respect diversity and build good relationships with the team, colleagues, and customers.
• Computer skills: Experience using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Exp. in Semicon manufacturing equipment installation & commissioning; Semicon installation support Engineer
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting of Semicon Large Equipment is preferred.
• Semicon - Large Machine exp.: Thin Film Formation, Clean Track Systems, Etch Systems, Surface Preparation Systems.

. Other Preferred Exp.:

• Exp. in maintenance or service of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to communicate in English and/or Japanese.
• Appropriate years of exp. as a field engineer in the relevant categories 1 through 3 below.
• Site Lead / Regional Program Mgr. = Site Deputy Mgr.: Approx. 12 years of exp.
• Product Specialist = FSE Lead: Approx. 5 to 10 years of experience.
• Installation Support Engineer = FSE: Approx. 2 to 5 years of experience.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, mechanical drawings, and electrical circuit diagrams, with knowledge of gases.
• Completion of basic cleanroom training and basic industry safety training.
• Exp. as a field engineer, maintenance engineer, or equipment operations engineer. Examples include machining centers, CNC lathes, robots (FANUC, YASKAWA, KAWASAKI, ABB, Brooks, etc.), medical equipment (CT, MRI, etc.), air conditioning, HVAC, chillers, and the aviation industry.
• Exp. related to high-voltage RF generators (e.g., 13.5 MHz).
• Exp. related to plasma systems.
