Field Service Engineer

Position Overview

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to provide equipment installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support at customer sites. The role requires good problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work closely with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, set up, test, and commission equipment at customer sites.

- Troubleshoot equipment problems and carry out fault diagnosis and repairs.

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.

- Provide technical support and guidance to customers.

- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.

- Work with internal teams to resolve technical issues.

- Support spare parts and equipment maintenance activities.

Job Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automation Engineering, or related fields.

- Experience in equipment maintenance, field service, troubleshooting, or technical support is an advantage.

- Good problem-solving and communication skills.

- Willing to travel and work at customer sites.
