Job Scope:

Install,commission, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical and electricalequipment.
Conducton-site inspections and diagnose equipment faults at customer locations.
Providetechnical support and recommend suitable solutions to resolve equipment issues.
Carry outpreventive maintenance and routine equipment servicing.
Assistcustomers with equipment operation and technical enquiries.
Prepareservice reports, maintenance records, and other technical documentation.
Coordinatewith customers and internal teams to follow up on service and repair matters.
Ensure allwork is carried out according to company safety procedures and standards.
Travel todifferent customer sites when required.

Job Requirements:

Diploma /Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2years of experience in field service, equipment maintenance, or a related engineering role.
Good knowledgeof mechanical and electrical systems.
Experience introubleshooting, repair, installation, and equipment maintenance.
Able to readand understand electrical or technical drawings and manuals.
Proficient inAutoCAD and able to read and interpret technical drawings.
Goodproblem-solving and analytical skills.
Goodcommunication and customer service skills.
Able to workindependently and handle on-site troubleshooting.
Willing totravel to customer sites when required.
