Job Description

• Position Title: Field Service Engineer (Mechanical / Industrial Equipment)
• Working Location: West Region
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Medical Benefits
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage service orders from start to completion, coordinating with Service, Logistics and other departments to ensure timely execution.
• Act as the main contact for customers and internal teams, providing updates on technical issues, service requirements, equipment status and delivery schedules.
• Perform equipment commissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, servicing, documentation and warranty repairs.
• Diagnose equipment faults, identify root causes and carry out necessary repairs to restore equipment performance.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency service requests to minimise downtime.
• Prepare and communicate technical findings, service reports and recommendations to customers and internal teams.
• Provide technical guidance and on-the-job support to junior engineers and technicians when required.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• At least 1 year of relevant service or engineering experience in the Oil & Gas or Process industry.
• Hands-on experience in equipment maintenance.
• Customer-focused with good written and spoken communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly for technical documentation and reporting.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
