Description
- Responsible for the daily analysis and maintenance of MBMW (Multi-Beam Mask Writer) equipment at the customer site to ensure maximum tool uptime and stability.
- Perform daily system and facility checks, as well as routine preventive maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot and recover tools in case of system errors or incidents, based on a morning/afternoon rotational shift and on-call support schedule.
- Carry out preventive maintenance (PM), including troubleshooting and part replacement.
- Operate, calibrate, and optimize MBMW performance.
- Support tool installation across all phases, including coordination, testing, and acceptance.
- Responsible for task documentation, and for creating and updating service records in the company’s ticketing system.
