Job Title: Field Service Engineer or Service Technician (ID1779)
Location: Boon Lay
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8:15am – 5:30pm
Salary: $3000- $5000

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Machine Installation & Commissioning
• Perform installation and commissioning of new equipment at customer sites.
• Conduct machine testing and verification to ensure proper operation.
• Configure machine settings according to customer requirements.
• Provide site acceptance testing (SAT) support.

Technical Service & Maintenance
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system issues.
• Repair and replace defective components.
• Ensure minimum machine downtime through effective troubleshooting.
• Maintain service records and maintenance reports.

Customer Technical Support
• Provide on-site and remote technical support.
• Respond promptly to customer service requests and breakdown calls.
• Advise customers on machine operation and maintenance best practices.
• Build strong customer relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction

Training & Documentation
• Train customers' operators and maintenance personnel.
• Prepare service reports after each visit.
• Maintain installation, maintenance, and repair documentation.
• Assist in developing maintenance procedures and user guides

Continuous Improvement
• Provide feedback to engineering and sales teams regarding customer issues and machine improvements.
• Support machine upgrades, retrofits, and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
