Field Service Engineer

Salary Package: Basic + Bonus

Working days: 5 days

Location: International Business Park/ sites

Key Responsibilities

• Commission and maintain electrical power systems, including static and rotary UPS, frequency converters, and transfer switches.

• Perform system upgrades, modifications, and troubleshooting, while providing technical support to customers and partners.

• Manage service activities on-site when required, prepare service reports, and conduct operator training for clients.

• Collaborate with technical teams and build strong customer relationships through responsive support

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering with several years of relevant service experience.

• Hands-on experience servicing electronically controlled power systems; UPS system knowledge is an advantage.

• Proficient in MS Office, operation software, and electrical equipment diagnostics.

• Willing to travel across Asia (up to 60%) and participate in an on-call rotation.

• Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and able to work independently with strong teamwork skills.
