Field Service Engineer (Semicon / Equipment)

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out installation, commissioning, servicing and maintenance of industrial equipment.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting, fault finding and basic repairs at customer sites.
• Ensure all service work is completed safely, efficiently and according to required procedures.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records of completed work.
• Provide professional on-site technical support and customer service.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant team for further support.
• Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of service issues.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in field service, engineering, maintenance or a related technical role.
• NITEC, Diploma or equivalent in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with equipment servicing, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
