Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Engineer to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various heavy engineering equipment, including tube bending machines and water pumps. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field. Key responsibilities include performing routine maintenance, conducting repairs, and ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely. The Field Service Engineer will also be responsible for managing annual maintenance contracts (AMC) and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills in mechanical engineering and have experience with heavy machinery. Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills are essential for this role.
