Field Service Engineer (Woodlands/Contract till Jun 2028/Up to $4600)

About the role

This role is part of a team responsible for providing technical and operation support, as well as after-sales services to our broad customers' base.

Mondays - Fridays, 8am - 5.30pm

Note: On-Call Support required. Required to maintain 24/7/365 availability on a call basis to provide coverage and emergency support as necessary.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain water treatment system
• Comply to regulatory and site EHS and security requirement
• Perform first line troubleshooting
• Top up Chemicals and replace consumables
• Perform instruments calibration and analyzer routine maintenance
• Collect and review operating data of the water treatment plant
• Directly report to Site Lead for day-to-day operation
• Be available for emergency on-call support outside of standard office hours as required by customer site requests

About you

• ITE/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• At least 1 year of experience in a field service or maintenance position for water & process treatment field
• Must be able to communicate in English for both written & verbal
