Field Service Executive (Robotics)

We're looking for enthusiastic and hands-on individuals to join our Field Service team. No prior robotics experience is required – comprehensive training will be provided. If you enjoy working on-site, solving practical problems, and learning new technologies, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Install and set up robotic equipment at customer locations.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of robotic systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and replace basic parts when required.
• Assist with robot deployment, testing, and commissioning.
• Train customers on the basic operation of the robots.
• Prepare simple service reports after each site visit.
• Support occasional night or weekend deployments when required.

What We're Looking For

• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to learn and work in a hands-on environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable travelling to customer sites.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence or own a motorcycle (preferred).
• Malaysian candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic electrical, mechanical, or IT knowledge is an advantage
• Willing to work night shifts when required.
