Field Service Manager (Equipment)
We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Manager to join our cllient's growing team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our service department, ensuring efficient service delivery and excellent customer satisfaction. You will lead and coordinate a team of service professionals, manage workflows, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Your responsibilities will include scheduling service activities, monitoring service quality, managing customer relationships, and driving process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. You will also play a key role in training and developing your team to maintain high performance and service excellence.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a customer-centric approach. Experience in service management is essential to succeed in this position.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in service management or related roles preferred
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in process optimization and performance management
- Ability to handle customer relations and resolve issues effectively
- Proficiency with service management software and tools
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
