Field Service Manager

Job Scope

· Report to the General Manager based in Singapore for overall Technical and Service support in Singapore

· Train and mentor Service engineers for installation, service and maintenance of Hurco CNC Machining Centers and Lathes and ProCobots

· Perform on-site servicing and troubleshooting of Hurco CNC Controller, CNC Machining Centers, Lathes and ProCobots

· Develop service products for Hurco CNC machine installed base including inspection and preventive maintenance program, geometry checks and laser calibration.

· Plan and schedule pre-shipment inspection of CNC machines at warehouse prior to shipment and delivery to overseas market.

· Develop and update customer guides on routine maintenance of machines based on Hurco best practices.

· Schedule and monitor service call requests from customer

· Work closely with the Service and Application teams providing support to overseas customers and distributors

Requirements

· Diploma Graduate of Engineering discipline

· Min. 7 years of working experience in related Engineering and Maintenance field

· Min. 5 years of experience in the repair and maintenance of CNC machining centers and lathes

· Experience in managing and scheduling team of engineers for field service work

· Experience in Electrical and Mechanical repair and troubleshooting work

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

· Class 3 driving license preferred

· Spoken and Written English / Chinese
