Position Summary:

The Field Service Manager serves as the central point of contact between customers, vendors, and internal teams, overseeing multiple installation projects simultaneously within an assigned territory. This role demands a highly organized and proactive leader who can anticipate challenges, resolve issues quickly, and keep projects moving forward without losing sight of the customer experience. Building and maintaining strong relationships across all stakeholders is critical, as this position bridges the gap between the field and internal departments. The ideal candidate is a self-driven professional who thrives in an independent, fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering quality results from the kickoff project through final installation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate installation project with customer.

Approve and submit subcontractor invoices/draws for payment.

Anticipate and resolve customer issues.

Build and maintain constructive relationships with customers, sales, and administration.

Maintain strong visibility on job site

Qualifications – Required

Self-motivated with strong interpersonal communication skills.

Problem solving and organizational skills.

Great customer service.

Proficiency in MS software.

Project management and planning

Flexibility in approach to different types of business problems and a willingness to change course to avoid project setbacks

Able to create and establish structure and process across cross-functional teams

Experience working independently

Collaborative, Adaptable, Creative, Honest, Positive

Represent Republic Elite with pride and integrity.

Provide a favorable customer experience from initial contact through installation.

Promote and enable constructive communication between departments.

Follow all safety and environment regulations.

Valid driver’s license

Ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications - Preferred

An understanding of carpentry, building, and contracting is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout active construction job sites for extended periods

Frequently required to climb ladders, balance on uneven surfaces, and navigate active construction environments

Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch when conducting job site inspections and walkthroughs

Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds

Occasionally move or reposition tools, equipment, or materials as needed on job sites

Compensation:

Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as location, experience, and skills.

This range reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role.

$62,000 - $70,000 annually
