Overview:

A technical service and application engineer role providing on-site support to customers and partnering with sales staff to deliver solution-driven water treatment services in downstream (petrochemical) facilities.

Collaborate with District Sales Representatives to launch and support new chemical treatment applications.

Perform routine and technical service tasks: system audits, sample testing, data logging, reporting, and inventory management.

Install, calibrate, and maintain feed and monitoring equipment.

Troubleshoot operational issues, recommend corrective actions, and escalate complex challenges.

Build strong working relationships with customer personnel and support best practices implementation.

Capture service reports, assist with chemical ordering, and support technical proposals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering.

1–3 years’ experience in water treatment.

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Familiarity with chemical feed systems, monitoring equipment, and basic process instrumentation.

Knowledge in Microsoft Office, and strong communication and relationship skills.
