Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and power systems
- Troubleshoot, repair, and test UPS and battery equipment
- Provide on-site and phone support to customers
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure all work is performed safely and professionally
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related field preferred
- 0–3 years of experience in field service, electrical, or mechanical systems (military experience a plus)
- Strong electrical fundamentals and familiarity with test equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
