If you have a background in automotive repair, equipment maintenance, construction, mechanical installation, or another hands-on trade, we want to talk to you!

Our Fast Track Technician Program provides 100% PAID, hands-on training, competitive earnings, and a clear path for career advancement!

What You'll Earn:

$25-$27 hour starting pay PLUS overtime, commissions, and performance incentives!

What We're Looking For:

Mechanical experience is REQUIRED. Automatic pool cover experience is NOT!

• Hands-on mechanical experience in automotive repair, equipment maintenance, construction, installation, or a related trade
• Experience using tools, troubleshooting equipment, and repairing mechanical systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• A willingness to learn new skills and grow your career
