Culligan Water is looking for a skilled, motivated Field Service Technician to join our growing team! In this hands-on role, you'll be the face of Culligan, installing, servicing, and maintaining our industry-leading water treatment equipment in a variety of environments and weather conditions. If you enjoy working outdoors, solving problems, and taking pride in delivering exceptional service, this is the opportunity for you. What You'll Be Doing:

- 🔧 Install, service, and repair water softeners, filtration systems, and other top-quality water treatment equipment.
- 🛠️ Perform routine maintenance and inspections to keep residential and commercial water systems running at their best.
- 💡 Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, solving problems quickly and efficiently in the field.
- 🚚 Deliver and exchange salt, equipment, and supplies while providing dependable, on-time service.
- 😊 Create exceptional customer experiences by answering questions, educating customers about their systems, and building lasting relationships.
- 📦 Keep your company truck organized by managing inventory and ensuring your tools and equipment are clean, stocked, and ready for the next job.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in field service, plumbing, HVAC, construction, or a related trade is a plus—but we're happy to train the right person!
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a knack for troubleshooting and fixing equipment.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to meet company insurance requirements.
- The ability to lift 50+ lbs. and comfortably perform physical work in a variety of weather conditions.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills—you enjoy helping people and representing the Culligan brand.
- A self-starter who can manage a daily route, stay organized, and work independently.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be fluent in English.
