Field Service Technician/Documentation Specialist

ECS is seeking a Field Service Technician/Documentation Specialist to work in our Norman, OK office.

Installs, troubleshoots, and maintains products/equipment. Trains employees, Identifies, analyses, and repairs product failures. Develop procedures and processes to prevent potential equipment issues. Develop life cycle support documentation including maintenance and safety procedures based on engineering, vendor, and COTS information. Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs. Familiar with a variety of field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
