What You’ll Do
As a TSR, you’ll ensure customer satisfaction through:
- Problem-Solving: Diagnose and repair equipment issues using technical and mechanical skills.
- Equipment Management: Install, update, and remove equipment as needed.
- Customer Support: Build strong relationships with customers and client personnel.
- Training: Provide informal training to enhance machine performance.
- Reporting: Complete accurate and timely reporting on all service activities.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adaptability: Tackle daily task changes, long-distance travel, and occasional overnight stays.
