Field Service Technician (Electronics)

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a company specialized in the design, manufacture, and commercialization of power electronics equipment, in the search for a SAT TECHNICIAN (ELECTRONICS) for its center located in the Valles Occidental area.

What you'll do

• Perform technical assistance, repairs, corrective maintenance, inspections, and commissioning of equipment in the field and at client installations.

• Diagnose and resolve technical faults and incidents, applying the corresponding solutions.

• Execute work orders and equipment modifications, as well as actions derived from maintenance contracts and warranties.

• Prepare intervention reports, register work in the ERP, and log the times and activities performed.

• Manage technical material, external repairs, and inventory control, anticipating replenishment needs.

• Report incidents and propose technical improvements, collaborating with the internal departments involved.

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position within an industrial machinery environment.

• Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training in Electronics, Electricity, Telecommunications and/or similar.

• Availability to travel regionally and nationally.

• Have availability to work a night shift and weekend on-call shifts.

Nice to have

• Experience in maintenance and technical assistance of electronic equipment, interpretation of technical documentation, electrical diagrams, and maintenance manuals is valued.

• You are a proactive person with initiative, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, autonomy, capacity for teamwork, communication skills with clients, a willingness to learn, as well as being responsible and committed to the company's goals.
